Sand Casting by Mansfield Brass & Aluminum Corp.

Our Sand Foundry has three different molding processes which produce parts from less than a pound to 800 pounds, in small to medium runs. Maximum dimensions in green sand casting are 46x76x24. Our primary alloy is A356, although we have the ability to pour a range of others upon request.

With high quality as the driving force in our philosophy, we produce 'good-looking castings' with internal integrity. We have honed our skills with cast-in inserts of a variety of metals. We are one of a small number of foundries capable of consistently producing the latter with a high degree of success.
